Brand New Food Grade Floor at Rainbow's End

Topcoat has been tasked with installing a food-grade floor in a portacom built for a portable commercial kitchen at Rainbow’s End. The floor required a non-slip profile finish and 100mm coving around the perimeter.

The wooden floor has been reinforced with fiberglass and topped with a 2mm screed to ensure a level surface. It has then been coated with I24 chemical-resistant coatings. Additionally, aluminum strips have been placed and recessed into the walls along the inside perimeter, while a 100mm coving has been screeded up the walls for a seamless finish.
