About this Project
In this project, we repaired cracks and drummy areas on the dispensary floor at Fonterra’s Waitoa site. Using Kango hammers, we removed the damaged concrete to a depth of 25mm. A coat of Eporip was applied to strengthen the bond, followed by Mapei Ultratop self-leveling mortar for a smooth, durable surface. Two roll coats of Mapei I302 provided a sleek finish, and Mapei PU35 Sealant was applied for long-term protection.
The client was extremely satisfied with the final result, and Topcoat delivered another high-quality flooring solution.
