About this Project
Dairy Nutraceuticals Ltd (DNL) – a Co-Op venture, has recently built a custom dairy powder manufacturing facility in Penrose, Auckland. Topcoat was engaged by DNL to apply Mapei’s Mapefloor I 302 SL epoxy coating system to 2896sqm warehouse floor area, after considering various flooring options.
The concrete substrate was diamond grounded by Auckland Concrete Grinding, scrubbed and vacuumed. The Mapefloor I 302 SL system was spray applied using a Graco Mk 5 Airless spray system.
“The spray application provides an even consistent finish and allows us to complete a large area within a short timeframe,” Mark Ambridge, Topcoat General Manager noted.
